"I have always been impulsive. I tend to not think of all the consequences of my actions and often encourage others down the same path. It often leads to many adventures but, unfortunately, there tends to be some chaos that goes along with this. It is sometimes hard to stay focused so I have learned to have multiple projects going on. I have spent a lot of time learning to try and contain this by learning to sail, playing instruments, working with tools and painting as means to have moments of calm.
